SendOffsite is a privately owned internet company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure method of backing up important data to an offsite location, thus preventing the loss of data due to drive failure, file corruption, theft, fire or other disasters.

How often do you backup your computer data? Do you backup your most important files, or all files? Or none of them? Once you download the SendOffsite Backup Utility, select which folders and/or files to protect, and set your backups to run monthly, weekly, daily or hourly (and the time of day for the backups to run), your backups will run automatically. Your data will be encrypted on your computer before transmission, then re-encrypted on our servers before storage. For subsequent backups, our compression system will only backup changed files, and even then only the changed 1's and 0's are transferred, thus greatly reducing the amount of time required for backup. We provide an additional level of assurance that is not otherwise available from other backup services... All data is replicated in two data centers, so your offsite backups are also backed up... offsite.
